From on-site trainings to books, coaching sessions and e-learning courses: we help our users discover, compare, and book everything they need to reach their personal and professional learning goals.

We have a strong product focus in which everything revolves around the millions of yearly visitors of our DutchGermanBelgianUK, and US sites. On the supply side of this marketplace, thousands of learning providers use our platform to promote their products and gather user reviews. Meanwhile, a growing number of organisations like ING, PostNL, T-Mobile, Siemens, Aegon, Nuon and RWE use our SaaS learning platform internally. This allows us to make a positive societal impact at scale, by helping people take ownership of their own professional & personal development.

Requirements

 

What are we looking for? 

Springest is expanding to Sweden this year and therefor we are looking for a Swedish Business Developer, willing to scale-up Springest in the Nordics. At first you'll be a one (wo)man army, taking care of our business in Sweden. You'll roughly be involved in the following activities:

  • Provider Sales: Making deals with Learning Providers on behalf of our business clients to be on our business and public portals. This is a Business Development role in which you get to shine in consultative selling. 
  • Learning Advisor: Helping our thousands of users reaching their full potential trough learning. You'll be in charge of helping our Swedish users pick out the exact right course for them. 
  • Translator: All our texts and CTAs are written in Dutch, English, French and German. Now we need them to be written in Swedish. Kan du läsa detta? Vackert!

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is willing to take the challenge of scaling up Springest in Sweden. The job is based in Amsterdam, the Springest HQ. Ideally you recognise yourself in being:

  • Proactive: We work with Holacracy, a self-management method designed to not have managers. If you can step up and be your own boss, you'll like it. 
  • Experienced with Customer Success and Sales: Ideally you have some experiences in these fields and have affinity with them as well.
  • A Swedish Native: Since a big part of the job is helping Swedish users and providers trough spoken and written communication, perfect Swedish is a hard requirement.
